Thank you for an unforgettable weekend at Large Cars & Guitars, where custom big rigs and live music came together for a cause! Taking place May 23-24, 2025, at the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee, this annual event raises funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the fight against breast cancer and Speedway Children’s Charities supporting children throughout TN and VA.

Last year, with nearly 200 trucks on display, the event raised a record-breaking $55,930! And with this year's amount of $42,000, we have now raised more than $180,000 for two incredible charities. Please take a few minutes to let us know your thoughts below. As we have already started to plan for 2026, this will be invaluable information to help us make it the best year yet. We appreciate it!

Vendor Terms and Conditions

Please note all of the following requirements in order to be a vendor.

If you have a generator, please bring it. If you absolutely have no generator, we can locate you close to a 110 power that can be reached with a 100ft extension cord (you must provide this extension cord)!
Vendors will be ready to open at 10 am EST each day and stay open till the event ends each day.
Booth Vendors Only will need to bring all necessary items they need for both days. You must provide your booth, tent, and chairs.
Event will happen rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather!
