LC&G Donates a record $55,930 to Susan G Komen
Our event continues to break records! Large Cars & Guitars is a one-of-a-kind event that brings together the best in music, food, and entertainment. But the reason we come together is to support Susan G Kamen and the life saving work to eradicate breast cancer. We are so thankful for every person, every sponsor, and every vendor who supported our event and we look forward to giving even more next year! Vendor Terms and Conditions
Please note all of the following requirements in order to be a vendor.
- If you have a generator, please bring it. If you absolutely have no generator, we can locate you close to a 110 power that can be reached with a 100ft extension cord (you must provide this extension cord)!
- For Food Vendors only: There is a $250 fee (covers both days) which will be invoiced to you by audrey@5thwheelrecordsinc.com. This must be paid to guarantee your spot at the 2024 LC&G Truck show.
- If you are a food vendor, we will contact you after all vendors are confirmed to ensure there is no menu conflicts.
- Vendors will be ready to open at 10 am EST each day and stay open til the event ends each day.
- Booth Vendors Only will need to bring all necessary items they need for both days. You must provide your booth, tent, and chairs.
- Event will happen rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather!
